It is not the equipment that is expensive. All the people who make inquiries have access to the internet. That is the main expense other than the therapy fee. Although the fee is really not very high for people in many countries, it can be very expensive in some countries. My hope is to be able to train SLP's in those countries to use this approach so that they will be able to work with many people in their own countries. Perhaps if I had the backing of a non-profit organization, we could have grants or partial reductions of fees for people who cannot afford the fee. This is new. Hopefully it will come. My caseload varies, but, for instance, next week I have approximately 30 hours of therapy or consolations scheduled.
