I do have some clients who do not regularly use the internet, but have gone to family or friends to borough the use of their computer. It is possible that schools or community centers might give a person use of their equipment for the sessions. As far as insurance is concerned, so far there is no reimbursement or payment that I know of, but I think the insurance companies will have deal with this issue as speech therapy is not the only field that is using telepractice.
