Oh Harry! What a story! Thank you so much for sharing it. Such courage and so many difficult things to cope with when just growing up is a big enough challenge for most of us. Having seen you speak and knowing what a great communicator you are raises a question in the therapist part of my thinking but also takes me back to some things you said in Cardiff (2008). Now that you have achieved public recognition of your communication skills are you able to trust your own judgment about how effectively you have communicated? And perhaps even more importantly- are there times when you can forget the whole business of judging yourself and just enjoy being with people without the fear, need to excel etc?
