Hi Kristen, Thank you for the compliments! You asked : "What do you think is the hardest part of the judgments made by others?" I think it's the frustration that they have formed opinions before they have gotten to know the person. I think we ALL do that to some degree, but I believe stutterers fair worse off when meeting new people and trying to form friendships/relationships, as some people fall the judging-a-book-by-the-cover trick. Only when someone gets to know 'us' as a person, does the stutter become secondary. But initial impressions count for a lot, esp. in formal work environments. Also, in my own personal life, it's a real shame that my stutter has been a hinderance in my relationship with my siblings, as both parties, myself and the others, could have benefitted enormously from having a more open and emotional-bonding relationship. It's time for me to try and change that :-) Take care! Harry
