Hi Harry, Your article was so well written, it felt like you were speaking to me in person. Thank you for sharing this difficult and personal story. I am an SLP and I will definately take everything you said and share it with my patients and their family members. You are very inspirational and I can see you are successful in every area of your life. I am also a mother of 4 children. As a parent you know that nothing is right or good when our kids are hurting, so I imagine your mother has deep feelings of guilt and pain and has no idea how to help you. It is unfortunate that she and your siblings have missed out on your life and accomplishments so far, but I bet that may change in your future. I can tell from your article and posts that you will achieve every goal you set for yourself. You are a wonderful human being, professional, speaker, husband, father, and son! Best regards always!
