This was a wonderful suggestion for children and teens. Do you have any suggestions for adults who face many negative emotions? What are some good strengthening activities for adults to face their fear of stuttering? Would you consider having them write in a journal about what they feel and then in therapy discussing those negative reactions and making positive ones out of them?
