Yes I do this activity in therapy. I feel like this activity as well as many others can definitely help to work on the negative impact that clients may experience with stuttering. I feel like doing activities like this one can help clients gain confidence, feel empowered and stuttering is less scary. When stuttering is less scary, a client usually feels more empowered to deal with their stuttering and this has a positive influence on speech.
