What a great idea! I am a graduate student at Western Carolina University and I love how you progress through the stages of identifying negative thoughts, to expressing feelings that result from the negative thoughts and eventually moving to the final action that further instills confidence in themselves as a communicator. This is a creative way to identify one’s self-construct and provides active, alternative choices that literally “flip” the negative self-concept around.
