Hello Samantha, I must commend you on your comment about "grabbing change by the throat." One of the issues I see with people who stutter, is that many times they often settle for mediocre careers or will just "take something for the sake of having something to fall back on," rather than take a risk and do what they really want. The National Stuttering Association conference is about stuttering, of course, but it's about living, dreaming, and doing. And you are doing all three and more. I look forward to the bright future you are going to have, and don't worry, you would have made an amazing SLP to boot! -SK.
