Hi Elizabeth, I’m pleased you enjoyed the article. We usually work with just one parent - the parent who does the home treatment. Sometimes we might involve two parents as therapy progresses but one is fine. If there are siblings then the major problem for a single parent may be organizing home therapy time without the interruptions etc from the other children. We would help the parent find ways around this. All the best
