I live in the UK, Peterborough, but I regard anywhere in the world as part of my environment. There are large countries with lots of help or little or no professional help; there are PWS around the world where they are not near Self help Groups or therapists. It would be a good goal to have online self help groups based around all major cities of the world. Thanks for all you do. Keith
