Hi Kelley In my experience, telepractice can be successful for both children and adults. Some factors that may affect success would be follow through with the program (for example, the Lidcombe Program needs to be delivered in the child's environment by the trained parent on a daily basis), regular and consistent sessions continuing until fluency has been established/maintained over time, client and S-LP's comfort with the technology and ability to problem solve technical glitches (or have tech support available), and the S-LP's skill and experience in delivering the therapy. Best, Elizabeth
