Thanks, Christine, and great question. I haven't had difficulty with establishing rapport but I often meet the client for some intensive work first (s/he travels to my location), and then do further follow up work via distance methods. That said, I have done some assessments via videoconferencing and haven't had this issue. Regards, Elizabeth
