Hi Staci I will check with my co-writer, Dr. Marilyn Langevin re: your question about if/where it might be used in the States. Or perhaps someone on this forum could enlighten us! Yes, I am aware of treatment being conducted entirely by telepractice for the Lidcombe Program of Early Stuttering and the Camperdown Program for adults(in Australia: see references, Carey et al, 2010; Lewis et al, 2008 and O'Brian et al 2008).
