Hi Naomi Hi Naomi In Alberta, Canada, videoconferencing is widely available in rural/remote areas. I have also done videocnferencing from rural or remote areas in other provinces of Canada. Yes, there is sometimes a time delay in audio/video quality. I have always had a tech available to me, usually we can resolve it but not always (may be an issue with equipment at the remote site).
