Hi Jennifer When I first began doing telehealth work about 8 years ago, I learned from my director, Deborah Kully, and ISTAR colleagues who had experience with the videoconferencing equipment at. I also had some inservicing from our technology support group in rehab medicine from the University of Alberta (where ISTAR is located).
