Russ, Hi! I just wanted to reach out and say I agree with you about Toastmasters being a great club. One of my person goals is to join one. I also think (correct me if I'm wrong) one of the themes in your paper is that "we all have something to share, so why not share it!". As a person who stutters and professor I share many different experiences with my students from my knowledge of the field far beyond text books and tests.
