Hi Traci, Thank you for your kind words. .... I have a few speeches on the internet, but really they lose a lot in print form. They are meant to be SPOKEN complete with all kinds of vocal variety and body language. I have a series of funny childhood stories under http://sites.google.com/site/russhicks/Home/adventures_of_roe_and_dee that you may enjoy. (True stories by the way!) The speech called "The Roy Rogers Caper" was the one that won the Southwestern US Regional Humorous Speech Contest in 1996. You can see more on that story at http://sites.google.com/site/russhicks/Home/dmn_article .... I've been in Toastmasters for more than 20 years and only those stories have been put down on paper (actually put on the internet). Toastmasters is a speaking organization, not a writing organization. The rest of my speeches are given from outlines and key words, not read from printed material. .... I hope you are enjoying this wonderful ISAD conference! ... Russ
