Thank-you for the kind words and the suggestions, Ross. I have carried out a limited amount of advertising so far with encouraging results, and plan to do more this fall/winter. I self published, and I'm still learning the ropes of the book business & being careful to use my shoestring marketing budget wisely. SLPs, Educators, Counselors, Parents are all groups that I've had good support from and which I'll continue to focus efforts towards. My goal is to raise enough revenue to self publish a second children's book (about stuttering/bullying) by the spring/11....& I think I can do that (knock on wood:).
