Hi Judy, One further point - in your paper you wrote "I tried to talk without saying any r-words for 3 minutes." I did everything possible to avoid using words commencing with the letters 'b', 'c' 'd', 'f', 'g', 'j', 'k', 'm', 'n', 'p' 's', t' and 'v' for more than FIFTY YEARS. I held the self-limiting belief that I could not use half of the English alphabet. It was SO exhausting - my mind was constantly in turmoil. Not surprisingly, I developed an extensive vocabulary. :-) As you know, no letters now hold any emotional charge for me. Kindest regards Alan
