As a graduate student I am wondering your thoughts on a situation. If you had a client, young school age, that told you they were fine with when they stutter and had no emotions towards it, but you are just not sure because they are young and they might not want to talk about it or be able to put into words what they are feeling, would a book about a situation be helpful or harmful? It is hard to tell because he does not talk a lot. I would never want to do something that would be harmful towards his progress, especially if he does not have negative feelings or experiences. I think your article gave a great explanation on how to implement a book as a helpful tool that could be used when children and teens are struggling to find words for emotions or when they are thinking they are the only ones. Thank you for your time and article.
