These books are useful in educating people who stutter about stuttering and dealing with it. My question is this.. Could these books be presented to peers of the person also? The attitudes/beliefs of their peers about stuttering can cause a negative attitude about stuttering, but maybe if SLP's could educate peers using these books, these peers would have a better attitude about stuttering.
