Hi Tim, This was such a good article. I was able to relate to it really well. I notice that I definitely stutter more when I attach more meaning/value to the stuttering. That is why I am a huge fan of voluntary stuttering (VS). VS gives the stutter less value/meaning. However, those negative feelings/thought do creep back in from time to time. Do you have any advice for me about dealing with those pesky negative feelings about stuttering that re-surface from time to time even after I have dealt with them (or at least I thought I had) and can rationalize them? Do some negative thoughts or memories about stuttering always stay with us even after therapy? I'd like to know your thoughts. Thanks Steve
