CBT is a general term; such as 'psychology.' There are many different CBT approaches. PWS benefit immensely from CBT to reduce anticipatory anxiety, fear, and avoidance. I am certified in the following: master practitioner of NLP and neurosemantics and hypnotherapy. I have studied interactive guided imagery, gestalt therapy, and time-line therapy extensively. Just in case someone wonders: I DO NOT hypnotize people to 'stop stuttering.' NLP is a modality of CBT. NLP and Neurosemantics offer you the greatest 'tool box' to help others.
