I am familiar with that modality. My experience is that NLP, conversational reframing, and time-line therapy are more thorough. They take more training than the other but have more lasting results and flexibility in therapy. Today I took a 24 yo on a 'field trip' to order food and talk in public. I was able to use reframing to eliminate anxiety on the spot in a shopping mall just before approaching strangers. That is why my CBT package is better.
