From this article I learned how important for PWS to overcome negative emotion and feeling is. I want to know if you just ignore,forget,supress or overcome the negative feeling? And if you or any other pws had any relapses after completing therapy. In case of relapse, if a pws should consult with a therapist or is there any mind controlling activies available without help from a professional therapist?
