tks. I would suggest starting with a basic task or a game. You could start basic carryover with a game or what I like is to have someone ask them basic table topics (what was your favorite vacation. Believe it or not, the American girl store sells table topics. A parent bought it for me and I use it alot. The important thing is to achieve success at lower levels. Best to stick with one or two words before moving on. Once you see, struggle behaviors take a step down. I also have family members ask simple questions, ex: where do you live? Hope this helps.
