Thank you for your paper..and for all the comments that followed..they give me hope. I work with teens and can't say I'm having a lot of success...I've got a practice group (3) which they come to willingly, sponsor a support group to which they are literally 'dragged ' by parents..they are pretty consistently fluent with me, but as soon as they are out of the therapy setting (we go to a local mall) they don't even seem to remember they are there to practice.
