Hello there, Your message is certainly a great one! I know certain people in the Deaf community that acknowledge their disability, but have come to be fully proud of who they are. They get so upset at people who try to change their deafness with cochlear implants. The Deaf have a "culture," and I was wondering if, as a stutterer, you pride yourself in being a stutterer throughout the years because of all the strength and wisdom you have achieved?
