Hello Liza, I am not sure how many other countries would recognise stuttering as a disability but it is more about how you could apply stuttering to their definitions. I am sure it could well be able to be argued to fit most definitions available that are globally recognised. I think it is up to us to make PWS aware of the definitions in practise and at times push for legal and political acceptance.
