Hello Alinga, Thank you for your response. Yes as a global society we do love to label and box things and people into nice, neat packages. And of course as a result we reject many labels depending on how they are applied and importantly perceived. I think yes if prominent people helped with global education about disability then perhaps a perception shift could start to occur. I think we need to be very smart about who we have standing up representing PWS. I believe that presenting the public with a PWS who on the surface does not stutter at all is a very wrong move and lacks any impact or empathy. We need PWS who stutter to stand up more, promote and fight for us all.
