I wish you had put your name, its nice to know who I am addressing a comment to. And I assume you meant for Pam to answer. I wa covert for a very long time, and just over three years made the discovery that I didn't have to hide my stuttering any more, nor could I anymore. The internal battle raging inside me was exacting too much of a toll...... So when I discovered there was actually an on-line stuttering community, Iwanted to get involved. I use Skype all the time, both to chat with fellow pws, and to also record conversations for the Women Who Stutter podcast. You should check that out! Using skype does not improve my fluency - it allows me to stutter better! And of course connects me to so many people, so it is a support network as well. ~Pam
