Thanks Allison! I do hope people will listen, especially graduate students. The voices you hear and the stories being told are real, and will give people perspective that just won't be found in a textbook. I am honored each and every time a woman agrees to share her story publicly. It is always an act of courage. And I am very happy that this has indeed become a space for women to be heard!
