Stacey, HI! Thank you for words and very nice thoughts. You bring up two extremely important concepts that I have contemplated all of my life. One, "Stuttering is so much more than the words that we stuggle to speak." You are so dead on about that. Stuttering along with all disorders are about the entire person, the whole person, not just the physical actions. For so many years growing up and as an adult people were trying to "fix" my physical behaviors and not my "mental" behaviors (when in reality the mental behaviors are the ones that can change our physical actions and truly change our lives)... What are your thoughts? The second point you brought up was this: "It is no one's fault and yet we carry around guilt." I've been thinking about "guilt" and where it comes from, however I would love to hear your thoughts on it, if you would like to share them. Have a great day! Scott
