Thank you both for your thoughtful comments. I really enjoy getting the perspective of SLPs who are out there everyday, doing such important work. You both brought up excellent points and gave me great goals to strive for in practice (be aware of underlying thoughts motivating reactions and never think that all clients will "fit the mold" of their speech disorder). When working with those who stutter and clients in general I want to always remain cognizant of their personal experience with the disorder. Thanks again!
