Babet, I think Jaime said it very well in her response, thank you for sharing and congratulations on your willingness to take the steps you have. We all have the ability to walk with suffering, to come face to face with fears, shame, and anxiety, it just takes the willingness to sit with those AND to remember who we really are at the core, this can lead to acceptance...So wonderful to hear from you and (againlike Jaime said) this online conference provides a great forum to reach out to people and share stories and thoughts!
