Ari, thanks again for writing. You wrote, “fluent can be also automatic speech without extra effort.” Yes, this is absolutely one of the meanings of “fluency.” The point I am making in the paper is why use an ambiguous term such as “fluency” when a person can say more specifically “automatic speech without extra effort” if that is what is meant. You also wrote, “I am more concern from patients that was told that their mission is to be viewed as a non-stutterer person, that's mean hide the stuttering.” I would really like to hear more about this point. How are people being told they are non-stutterers? Can you provide a few more details about this?
