Peter, good material. Dean Williams was unreal. A metaphor I thought of was going to the gym to meet your personal trainer and saying: "I am going to get fit." What is fit? Is my idea of fit the same as my trainer. Waist, arms, chest, biceps, weight??? Let's look at specific behaviors such as secondaries, eye aversion, eye blinks, blocks, etc.. This paper touches on basic goal theory and semantics. The words in therapy can limit both the clinician and the pws. bravo
