Tim, thanks so much for writing. I agree with you – Dean Williams was a very special person who made very special contributions to our field. You wrote, “’I am going to get fit.’ What is fit? Is my idea of fit the same as my trainer. Waist, arms, chest, biceps, weight???” What a great point. I plan on trying it out for sure. You also wrote, “The words in therapy can limit both the clinician and the pws.” The more I do this work, the more I agree with what you have written.
