Peter, A great article and I couldn't agree more I am just afraid that the word "fluency" has become so ingrained in our profession and in society in general that it will be a real challenge to change it. Maybe we need to eliminate it or stop using it in our profession. We have to start someplace and you have just done that!! Keep it up.
