For many clients, treatment in only one language is all that is needed. It generalises to the other language(s). For some, some therapy in both is needed. This usually means simply doing some structured tasks/practice in both, not doing the whole process twice. We need more studies on this question to help guide clinical decisions about when to start working in the second language, how big a dose in each, the impact of proficiency in the two languages and other similar questions.
