Hi, I just wanted to thank you for such a thought provoking article. I have always been interested in bilingualism and its effects on language. As a "bilingual" myself (or one you might describe as a speaker with poor grammar and basic skills in the second language) I often find myself integrating words from each language while speaking. For example, my primary language is English but I will often use Hebrew words while speaking English. In bilingual stuttering, while experiencing a disfluency in L1 or L2, have you ever encountered someone who will substitute a word from the opposite language as a fluency tool/revision?
