this is something to work out with the client and/or child's parents based on what languages they speak when and to whom. How much has to be done in each language depends also on whether you see generalisation from one language to the other(s), as you regularly monitor/recheck both. For more on this, look in the recent edited textbooks with chapters on bilingual stuttering(Curlee and Conture; and Ardila and Ramos)
