Hi Brittany, Yes, this can be used with others who stutter--I use it with adults and school-aged children, too, as I think it gives a clearer picture of what they are doing when they are disfluent. I think that the efficacy for using this, however, is for preschool children. It is a time-consuming process, compared to marking stuttering. Thank you for your question. Jean
