W did not evaluate the pre and post MLU of these kids. A secondary outcome was syllables per minute (SPM). The pre-treatment mean SPM was 148.8 and post-treatment SPM was 179.3. This indicates that stuttering reduction was not attained by reducing speaking rate. It would be a good to have more information on the complexity and/or length of utterance of these kids for future studies. Thanks for your comments.
