Lexi, I am familiar with this study and thank you for bringing it to the attention of the other readers of this page. Of course there is a great need for more clinical research that evaluates the effectiveness of treatments for stuttering with children from diverse linguistic and multicultural backgrounds. Pat Roberts paper in this conference is a good source of information. She refers to a chapter in Conture and Curlee's book (Roberts and Shenker) that is a fairly up to date review of the clinical work in bilingualism and stuttering. Check it out if you are interested in this issue
