The phrase "I did it" reminded me of the phrase "counting your successes" from my speech therapy. I too have a difficult time on the phone. My Mom used to make all of my phone calls for me. I now make all my owns phone calls. At first just making the phone call was the success. Sometimes the success is answering the phone when I don't have to because I'm the only one home.
