Julie, This is such a good point--if we are not modeling the behavior we hope to facilitate, then it shouldn't come as a surprise that clients don't take our suggestions to heart. I am working hard myself to not put myself down, even in fun, with clients. Showing the way in acknowledging success is a great way to help others gain that focus. Thanks! Regards, Lynne
