Hi Lynne, Thank you for the great article. After reading the example about the young man who wanted to address making telephone calls in therapy, I am curious as to if it is appropriate for the client to call any contact or place of business when he places his first call or to make sure he calls a familiar contact to avoid any negative feedback from the listener?
