Absolutely--there is no reason that we would not work with any clients in this manner. My goal is to have all of my clients, regardless of disorder, 'outgrow' the need for my assistance. Facilitating the process of someone being able to manage on their own by, in part, helping them to recognize the small successes, is one way to empower a client.
